How Safe Your Child ?
Quite often children have minor accidents, which cause no harm. However, sometimes these accidents can cause serious injuries leading to lifelong disability or even death.
Most of these serious accidents can be prevented.
To ascertain how safe your child is, please put a (Y) or (N) in the space provided against each of the statements below:
IN GENERAL:
