How you broil a flank steak

Flank steaks are yummy when properly broiled. As you broil the flank steak, you can prepare the rest of the meal! There is an easy way to broil a flank steak that you will want to make it this way all the time! Here are some instructions. Follow them and treat your friends flank steak
Step 1: Set the flank steak in the glass dish and prepare the marinade by adding Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil. Dust with thyme and flip it occasionally so that it is fully covered with marinade. Marinade the steaks for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2: Fish out the steak from the glass dish and transfer it on to the broiler tray.
Step 3: Pre-heat the oven for few minutes and set the steaks in the broiler. Cook each side of the steak for about 3-6 minutes.  When it is done place the steaks on serving tray and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing it.
Step 4: Get the marinade sauce and boil it for sometime. After boiling pour the sauce on the broiled flank steaks and leave it for 10minutes.
Step 5: Cut the steak with a sharp knife into thinnest strips and serve it with baked potato or salad.
