Apply Cinnamon Topically for Wonderful Skin

Cinnamon Toner

To prepare your own cinnamon toner, take 2 cups water and boil one large cinnamon stick in it. Let the liquid reduce to half the original quantity. Strain and set aside. Allow the liquid cool completely and then add a few drops of tea tree and lavender essential oils to it (if you have oily to normal skin). You can add a few drops of patchouli and geranium essential oils to the liquid if you having dry, damaged or aging skin.

 

Store the liquid in a bottle and place in the refrigerator. Dip a cotton ball and apply the toner all over face and neck 3-4 times a day.

 

Cinnamon Face Pack

Take a small bowl and mix together 2 tablespoons powdered oatmeal, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon honey and yogurt as per requirement. Blend the ingredients together to form a smooth and thick paste. Apply evenly to face and neck. Keep for about 25-30 minutes and then wash off with warm water.
