Research has proven that regular consumption of cheese, in limited quantities, can prove highly beneficial for maintaining the health of skin. Regular consumption of cheese provides the body with B Vitamins, which are very important for keeping skin rejuvenated.

Cheese is also a good source of Vitamin D and minerals like phosphorus and zinc, which play their own important roles in keeping skin cells nourished.

Apply Cheese For Glowing Skin

Topical application of cheese can nourish and hydrate skin from within. Moreover, the lactic acid present in cheese can help in lightening skin, while sloughing off dead skin cells.

 

Luxurious Cheese Massage

Take a blender container and combine 1/4 cup cheese, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 teaspoons yogurt and 5-6 drops of bergamot essential oil in it. Blend to form a smooth and thick paste.

Massage the mixture on your face and neck in gentle circular movements. Do the massage for about 5-15 minutes every day. You can also add a few drops of lime juice for further enhancing the skin lightening benefits.

 

Cheese Face Mask

Take a blender container and combine together 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons powdered oatmeal, 1/2 teaspoon honey and milk as per requirement. Process the ingredients to form a smooth and thick paste.

Apply the mixture evenly to your face and neck. Keep the mask for about 25-30 minutes and then wash off first with lukewarm water and then with ice-cold water.

For best results, use this mask at least thrice a week.
