How to Smoke Pork Tenderloin
1. Select a brine recipe for pork, and let the pork marinate in the brine mixture for the entire night.
2. The first thing to do in the morning is to take out the pork from the brine blend and rinse it well and pat dry it. Prepare the smoker and turn on to heat up.
3. Use your favorite seasonings, like salt and pepper, in order to season the pork lightly.
4. Place it on the smoker and properly close the lid. Use instant read thermometer is to measure the internal temperature of the pork.
5. Wait until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 165 to 170 degrees.
6. The pork must now be removed from the smoker. It should then be allowed to rest for about ten minutes. You may then cut and serve it.
