How To Reconstitute Beet Root Powder

For reconstituting beet root powder you need 2 tea spoons of beet root powder. It will be quite healthy for you as one teaspoon of powder is equivalent to the nutrition present in one beet. You also need 8 oz. water and a drinking glass that should be tall enough to hold the specified amount of beet root powder drink. Instead of water you can also use juice as per your taste.
Steps To Reconstitute Beet Root Powder
- Take the drinking glass and place 2 tea spoons of beet root powder into it.
- After this, add 8 oz. of water into the drinking glass
- Once water is added in the tall drinking glass, start stirring the mixture until the beet root powder gets completely mixed with the water.
- Leave the mixture to settle for at least 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes beet root powder will completely re-hydrate.
The drink is ready for you. You can take it 2-4 times daily and remain protected from many diseases.
