The one thing that helps me and my husband unwind is the trek across the kind valleys! Now to get down to this exercise, it is essential that I know how to pack a backpack lunch box which is nutritious and high energy. In fact, when it comes to packing a backpack lunch box, the same nutrient values hold good for my sonny boy too! Believe me a backpack lunch box for a five year old is almost similar to the one for my thirty year old huffing puffing all trek action hubby!
