To get started, you need to have good quality chocolate, white, dark, or milk to prepare delicious chocolate candy. A cutting board, sharp knife, kettle, double boiler, squeeze bottle and spatula will be required to mold chocolate. For molding chocolate, you can also use a large metal bowl and a small metal bowl that easily fits into the top of the larger bowl. In addition, also keep by your side chocolate molds of different shapes and sizes so that you can serve differently designed chocolate candies to your guests.

 

Steps To Mold Chocolate Without Corn Syrup

 

  • First of all keep the molds in the refrigerator.
  • While the molds are getting chilled in refrigerator, place the chocolates on the cutting board.
  • Use a sharp knife and cut the chocolate into small pieces.
  • Pour some water in the kettle and let it boil.  
  • Once the water gets hot, pour it into the bottom chamber of the double boiler.
  • Above the bottom chamber, place the top chamber of the double boiler filled with chopped chocolates.
  • After this keep stirring the chocolate slowly till it melts.
  • As soon as the chocolate melts, pour it into the squeeze bottle till the top and lid it securely.
  • Your molds must have got chilled in the refrigerator. Take them out and using a brush, apply a thin layer of chocolate to the inside of the cold mold.
  • After a crust is prepared in the mold, squeeze the melted chocolate into the mold and fill it a little above the rim.
  • Discard the excess chocolate from the molds and keep the chocolate filled molds into the refrigerator.
  • After 1 hour take the molds out of refrigerator.

 

Your chocolate candy is ready for you.
