BBQ Chili and Honey Lamb Marinade

Take a small bowl to combine 1/4th cup finely chopped shallot, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, fresh thyme and crushed black pepper. Now take a zip lock bag to put the beef cuts and into that pour the marinade. Lock the zip and turn the packet in such a way that the cuts get properly coated with the marinade. Keep inside refrigerator for 3 hours to overnight. But remember to turn the bag occasionally. Grill the beef cuts by frequently brushing with the remaining marinade. The extra part of the remaining marinade can be boiled and poured over the beef cuts while serving.
