Fresh Citrus-Mint Scrub
1. Take a bowl and combine lemon peel with orange peel in it.
2. Add raw sugar.
3. Take a blender container and process peppermint leaves with fresh yogurt. Form a thick paste.
4. Transfer the mixture to the bowl and mix well.
5. Add extra yogurt if required.
6. Add a few drops of peppermint essential oil and mix.

1. Take a bowl and put Kosher or Epsom salt in it.
2. Add dried rosemary powder.
3. Stir in enough olive oil to form a thick and grainy paste.
4. Add a few drops of peppermint essential oil.

1. Take a bowl and combine raw sugar with cocoa powder in it.
2. Stir in enough wheat germ and olive oil to form a thick paste.

- Apply the scrub evenly on clean skin all over.
- Let the scrub remain on the skin for a minute or two.
- Start massaging the scrub in very gentle movements. Be careful not to be vigorous with it as that might cause damage to the skin.
- Wash off with lukewarm water and pat dry.
