How to Make Apple Wine from Apple Juice
Apple juice can be used to make quite a number of drinks. Chief among them are apple wine, hard cider and Applejack. Making apple wine from apple juice is easy. All you need is a little patience. Though it is advisable to use fresh juice, store-bought apple juice can also be used to make apple wine.

What You Need
1 gallon apple juice
1 packet champagne yeast
Sugar
Large glass container
Airlock
Step 1: Take the packet of yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar and ΒΌ cup warm water in a bowl. Let the mixture rest till it doubles in volume.
Step 2: Take the glass container and pour in the apple juice.
Step 3: Add one cup of sugar and stir the juice until all the sugar has dissolved in the juice.
Step 4: Add the yeast mixture to the juice and shake gently so that the yeast distributes evenly into the juice.
Step 5: Fix the airlock to the container and store the container in a place where the temperature will remain stable. A cabinet is an ideal storage space. Make sure the temperature stays between 60 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 6: Let the yeast work into the apple juice. Allow the wine to rest until the bubbles have stopped popping in the airlock.
Step 7: Pour the wine into smaller wine bottle or other jars and cap each bottle. Let the bottles age for 6 weeks.
Step 8: Once the bottles have aged, cool them in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
