2. Take a plastic wrap of about 1 foot long. Clean the plastic properly. Take just about 1 cup of rice and carefully place it over the center of the plastic wrap. Then, simply wrap the entire plastic around the rice. This way you will be creating a tight ball of plastic with rice filled inside. You can simply prepare similar rice filled plastic balls.
3. After that, just freeze the plastic wrap balls of rice in order to protect the freshness. By freezing the rice balls immediately you can also keep the natural moisture. Now, you just have to keep the rice balls in the freezer until you plan to eat.
4. Now just before you are ready to eat, remove the rice balls from the freezer. Place the balls into the microwave and don’t remove the plastic wrap. Microwave it for just 30 seconds. Make sure that you turn the rice balls regularly in order to get them thawed uniformly. This will steam the rice again by keeping the natural moisture inside the plastic wrap. Do this process for one minute. Then, open the plastic wrap and check the rice freshness using fingers. Once you notice that the rice is completely heated, continue this process.
