Things required for grilling corn on the cob
Corn
Water
Butter or Stick-butter
Salt
Pepper
Large Container
Sink
A grill
Tongs
How to Grill Corn on the cob
Step 1: When you grill corn on the cob, soaking them is a must! Take the large container fill it with water and soak the corn. Make sure to submerge the corn completely. Soak your corn on the cob for at least half an hour prior to grilling.
Step 2: After soaking them for sometime, remove the corn from the water and pour out the excess water.
Step 3: Start your grill, and place the corn directly on the grill.
Step 4: Close the grill. Make sure you cook both sides. Turn the corn every 3 minutes or so until the husks are brown on all sides.
Step 5: Close the grill after each turning.
Step 6: Remove from grill, and let it cool down a bit.
Step 7: Remove the husks. Add butter and salt immediately while the corn is still warm
You might roll the stick-butter on the corn on the cob and then add pepper and salt.
Tips:
1. Grilledcorn on the cob will be very hot. Handle with a hotpad or tongs.
2. Let the corn to cool 15-20 minutes after being cooked (to avoid steam burn when shucking).
