How To Grill A New York Strip Steak
Steaks have always been my favorite but when I learnt how to grill a New York strip steak, I was sure that nothing can be tastier than this, for any beef lover. If you are not lucky enough to have tried out this steak, its time, you give it a thought. You can even try grilling it in your own way – grilling a New York strip steak is very simple. Read my suggested method and give it a try – it is worth it!

• New York strip steak
• Steak sauce
• Pepper
• Salt
• Metal fork
• Basting brush
• BBQ grill
• Cup
Steak purchase:
You have to buy the steak very carefully. Ensure that it is well cut and fresh – always buy from the best supplier even if it means costing you a little more – you can be assured of getting the best quality steak.
Step 1. Start by heating the grill. Keep your grill at HIGH settings for at least fifteen minutes and then when it is well heated reduce it to MEDIUM.
Step 2: You have to now prepare the steak. You have to remember that you do not actually need any marinating for the New York steak; you just have to get it tender and juicy. So, what you have to do is put your steak on a cutting board. Now, you can use a metal fork and puncture the steak on its both sides. I suggest that you make at least 50 punctures into its flesh.
Step 3: You can season the steak now. It is totally up to you as how you want your meat to taste, but the best suggestion is to add some pepper and salt on both sides. There are many beef lovers who love to add vinegar sauce, soy sauce and also some honey. If you like it hotter, add some chili flakes and herbs before you put it inside the oven.
Step 4: You can start the grilling process.
Step 5: Pick up your basting cup and brush and go towards the grill. Grill the steak for as long as seven minutes on both sides.
If you haven’t added the steak sauce before, you can add it now. Add the steak sauce and other sauces as you like and close the lid of the grill. Now, let it cook for further 60 minutes. You can repeat the process with the other side.

After 40 minutes, your steak will get tender and soft – it shall be ready to be served. You can serve it with lemon wedges and a pinch of lime juice for some additional taste. Enjoy the juicy soft tender meat with your family and friends!
