Chicken wings – 10 pieces; Salt – 1 teaspoon; Pepper – 1 teaspoon; Eggs – 3 pieces; Flour – 4 cups; Cooking Oil – 3 cups
Add the cooking oil to a frying pan and put it on medium heat.
Rinse the chicken wings with warm water and ensure that it is completely clean. Then, pat dry with paper towel, so that there is no excess moisture on them.
Now, place them on a large place and season well with salt and pepper on both sides of the wings.
Next, take a ziplock bag and put the flour in it.
On a separate bowl, add the eggs and scramble them well.
Place the seasoned chicken in the scramble egg and coat them well on all sides.
Now, place them in the ziplock bag of flour in small numbers and shake well, so that the pieces are well coated with flour on all sides. This would give a crispy edge to your chicken wings.
Now place a few wings one at a time in the frying pan and fry over medium heat. Medium heat ensures that the chicken is well cooked from within and retains the tender, juicy quality of it.
Fry one side for about 15 minutes, till it becomes golden brown and then turn and repeat.
Your chicken wings are ready to serve.
An easy and shortcut recipe, fried chicken wings always win your guests’ hearts every time you serve them. A tried and tested recipe, it will never fail you.
