Last year just a day before my birthday, I had learnt how to fry a breaded pork chop and ever since then, this has become a regular recipe of my home. We include it in the menu of any get-together or party where guests just love the chops.

If you are looking for any recipe which is easy to do and which can give you some great accolades, you can definitely try out frying breaded pork chops. It’s easy to learn and great in taste.
For this recipe you will need:Instant breaded pork fry recipe for your winter evening made easy
• Pork chops which are thick.
• Pepper and salt
• A few eggs
• Flour
• Vegetable oil

Process: It is a very simple and uncomplicated process in which you will start off by sprinkling your pork chops with a good helping of pepper and salt. On the other hand, you can heat oil and keep it aside where you will fry your pork chops.

In another bowl, you can whish egg and milk together till you get a very even paste. Do not let the consistency be too much watery or too thick (common mistake made by people). This is a tricky part – just ensure that no lumps are formed in this paste. You can now slowly dip your pork chops in this mixture. Once they are well dipped, you can dredge your pork chops in some flour.
It is time to fry your chops now. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry your chops till they are well cooked on both sides. It shall take you around 6 minutes time.
