- Lay it flat on the kitchen counter top and press to get rid of trapped air.
- Seal the bag and place it in the freezer.

- Place it in a vessel filled with boiling water.
- Cut the bag open and transfer contents into serving dish.

I wonder why one would want to freeze cooked pasta. Its so easy to cook just before preparing the dish or if there are left overs, simply refrigerate it! It is not healthy to eat frozen starchy food like rice and pasta.
