One egg per day is the suggested quantity of consumption by the experts. But egg addiction, which is on the rise, needs immediate attention and treatment. Especially since the egg addicts tend to consume more than 9-10 eggs per day, by including it in all possible ways in their diet. Scroll down for some possible ways to fight egg addiction.

 

 

Ways To Fight Egg Addiction:

  • Replace your breakfast with eggs to some other dish. For example, if your breakfast is bread and omelette, switch over to bread and jam/butter.
  • Instead of having poached or scrambled eggs as such add reasonable quantities of onions and other possible vegetables.
  • When having boiled eggs, skip egg yolk and have only egg whites.
  • Gradually reduce the quantity and frequency of including eggs in all recipes.
  • Make the egg recipes spicy, so that the consumption lowers automatically.
  • Drink lot of water between meals as well as in the middle of meals so that egg eating intensity reduces.
  • Try recipes with eggs with different foods.
  • Take help from your family members in altering the cooking styles, which involves eggs.
  • Reduce the number of eggs from the market list to the maximum lowest number or try to delete them off your list.
  • Speak out about your egg addiction to your family members and close ones so that they do not tempt egg eating in you.
  • Record the improvements in fighting egg addiction.
