ChilliesHot and spicy chilies are a major part of different cuisines worldwide. Inspite their hotness, some people are addicted towards chilies which can be termed as a disorder. Fighting against chili addiction requires minimal efforts and can be overcome quite easily. Here are some suggestions to fight chili addiction.

 

 

 

Hazards Of Chili Addiction:

  • Chilies have numerous health benefits but still, addiction of chilies is an issue which surely sounds strange.
     
  • Chilies contain capsaicin, which are capable of having great effect on the brain and makes it stimulate a hormone called endorphin. This gives a feel of pleasure causing  addiction.
  • Chili addiction may cause problems in digestive tracts, ulcers and even psychological disturbances.

 

Overcoming Chili Addiction:

  • Slowly reduce the amount of chili in your diet and try foods with different taste gradually.
     
  • Try replacing chilies with pepper. But beware! Those replacements should never overtake chilies,and turn into an addiction too.
     
  • Take help of your family members in reducing inclusion of chilies in foods list.
