Curry is usually made with any kind of vegetables, leftover roasted chicken or even sausages. There are many curries which boast their spiciness while others have a mild flavor, but the most flavorful curry and also the least troublesome is the Madras style curry. The Madras style curry has a mild taste and will not overpower the flavor of the food, but instead compliments the flavor while retaining its mellow appeal at the same time.

Althougth there is no specific way to eat curry; you can enjoy curry in any way you feel like. First of all i would like to say that curry is the dish which can be enjoyed if eaten with your hand. It can be tricky but the best way on how you can mix different types of Indian food together and get the most out of their distinctive tastes is by eating with your hands.

Curry powder add flavor to the curry. You can add little curry powder to any of your curry recipe at the beginning of the cooking process and then allow to cook to perfection. Curry powder really works well with slow cooker recipes which contain ginger, garlic, cumin and turmeric.

Curry can be enjoyed with plain rice; you can either mix it together or eat seperately. If you like daal, then you can pour small amount of daal over the rice. Add less amount of daal on your rice, otherwise you won't get the original taste of the curry.

Curry can be enjoyed with Indian bread (roti). You can fold the bread with the curry inside and pop it into your mouth.

Along with the curry such as chicken curry or lamb curry, you can try few side dishes too. Side dishes will add more flavor and texture to your meals.

You are always recommended to do variations in order to achieve great taste of the meal. Experiment your eating habit with any of your favorite style.
