Cutting Lemon Wedges
- Wash lemon and pat dry.

Roll lemon on cutting board, all the while pressing with palm of hand. This releases
the juices. - Trim the ends.
- Stand lemon upright on cutting board.
- Slice lemon lengthwise into half.
- Place cut surface down on cutting board and cut lengthwise.
- Repeat with other half.
- Slice each lemon quarter into 2 wedges each.
- Cut off the edge of wedge containing seeds.
Cut Lemon into Slices
- Place washed lemon horizontally on cutting board.
- Trim the ends.
- Cut through the lemon to make slices of desired thickness.
- Lemon wheels or slices are ready.
Van Dyke a Lemon
- Wash, clean and dry lemon.
- Trim the ends.
- Make zig-zag cuts in the skin of lemon, using a sharp knife, on the equator of lemon.
- Cut as deep as possible.
- Separate the halves carefully.
