How to Cure a Hangover at Home?
Go Banana! - When you drink a lot, you urinate a lot and this means that you lose a lot of potassium. Eating bananas will help you regain the lost potassium in your body. You can chop a banana and blend it with 1 tablespoon clear honey and half pint of milk blitz in a blender and then drink it or you can just gobble the banana as it is. You can also immerse banana peels in a cup of water and later drink the water after it has been cooled.
Vitamin C can help – Vitamin C helps to break down the alcohol in your body and raise your blood sugar, therefore it is great if you can bring yourself to drink large amounts of citrus fruit juices like lime juice or orange juice, Tomato Juice or even take vitamin C tablets. Prepare your lime juice by mixing 8 ounces of water with 2 tsp of fresh lime juice and a tsp of sugar. Drink it up slowly for maximum effect. If you have diarrhea have apple juice instead of lime juice.

Ensure that you eat well to get rid of the fatigue that sets in as a part of the hangover. You can eat light food like rice, soup, or toast.
