  3. Weigh the seafood to be grilled and add 10 minutes to grilling time for each inch thickness of seafood like fish.
  4. Place the seafood in the grill or if desired a grill pan can be used for smaller pieces.
  5. Grill at medium temperature for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn over the seafood and grill for additional time as given in step 3.
  6. The seafood flesh becomes opaque and white in color when done and ready to be consumed.
  7. Serve warm with rice, pasta, in stir-fries, sandwiches, and burgers.
