How to Cook Omaha Steaks

What You Need
A knife and cutting board
A dish for the marinade
Step 1: Take the Omaha steak on the cutting board and slice through it diagonally. Remember to make the slices as thin as possible.
Step 2: Take the marinating dish and pour enough Worcestershire sauce to cover the entire base of the dish.
Step 3: Take one onion and chop it into fine pieces. Add the chopped onion to the sauce.
Step 4: Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in the sauce and stir the ingredients well.
Step 5: Take the steak slices and put them in the marinade. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it stand in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 6: When you are ready to cook, spray some no-stick cooking spray on a pan.
Step 7: Set your stove to high heat.
Step 8: As the stove heats up, take out the marinated steak slices and let them return to room temperature. Once the pan is hot enough, place the steak in the pan.
Step 9: Cook one side for about 30 seconds, flip, and cook the other side of the strips for another 30 seconds.
Step 10: Reduce the flame to medium-low and cook the steak strips for another couple of minutes till they are done according to what you want – rare, medium or well done.
