How to Cook a Frozen Turkey

How to Cook a Frozen Turkey
1. In the beginning, you just have to preheat the oven at 352 degrees. Then, take out the turkey from the freezer and cover it with aluminum foil. Then, place it inside the preheated oven for five hours. After 5 hours of thawing, you will get a juicy and tender cooked turkey.
2. In the meantime, you also have to check the temperature of the turkey using a meat thermometer. You have start checking the doneness of turkey by checking the temperature of the breast as it takes longest to get ready. So, after two hours, put in the thermometer inside the turkey breast. The ideal temperature of checking the doneness of the turkey is 150 degrees.
3. The time you see the thermometer reading 175 degrees for leg or thighs and about 160 degrees for breast, the turkey is ready. Remove it from the oven and serve it hot.
Tip: Once you take out the turkey from the oven, keep it aside for 10 minutes before serving. This will continue to raise the turkey in temperature.
