Easy tips on how to clean a grill everytime after your cooking is completeIf you know how to clean a grill, you can be assured that all your recipes are going to have great taste. I have been to places where I could smell fish chops from chicken strips – thanks to the grill which was obviously not cleaned after cooking the fish. Cleaning a grill is no difficult task and will take just 15 minutes – you can easily do it anytime you feel like.

If you are serious about cleaning the grill, your first step is to remove all the cooking grates and then putting them in a solution of warm water to soak. You can now fill a small bucket or a pan with warm water. If you have a charcoal grill, you need to slowly remove the coal grate and then slowly brush its sides.

If you need to clean a gas grill, you will have to slowly remove the briquettes, the lava rocks and also the metal flame shield. Remember that you will have to clean the ash and any food residues which might remain in the area around the burner. Be careful to place the burner back into the grill.

You can use a firm wire brush to gently clean the inside parts of your grill. You will have to slowly remove the cooking grates which are in water, and brush them clean with the help of a wire brush. You can coat the inner surfaces with a little cooking oil – this will help you to clean the grill next time easily.

Once you have completed your cleaning, allow the grill to completely dry off. Ensure that everything is well placed before you start using the grill once again.
