Restaurant kitchen supplies need to be taken special care. Kitchen supplies are equipments which you cannot just handle any way you like. - Segregate the supplies- It is always sensible not to mix all the kitchen supplies together. Care should be taken to segregate large and small equipments. Also one should not mix up different kinds of equipments. For example glass and ceramic supplies should be kept separately from cooking pans and bowls.

Also the cleaner should not be very harsh on tough grease and stains.
- Avoid high temperature– It is better not to expose the kitchen supplies to a very high temperature. Some food items in a restaurant may demand this but if not very much necessary, it is better to avoid high temperature and heat. This keeps the kitchen supplies in a good shape.
- Take care – It is very important to take care of the kitchen supplies. They should be cleaned and stored with utmost care. Also care should be taken while handling them as this keeps them as new for a longer period of time.
