How To Broil A Steak - Recipe
Broiling steaks is a good way to prepare your steaks especially when you are unable to access the grill. Preparing steaks in boiler has also got an advantage of flexible cooking times and seasonings. Moreover, you can be sure that the steaks are well cooked.

1. Before we start, make sure to give the steaks some idle sitting time of around fifteen minutes. The next step is to clean the steaks. Show them below cool running water and wash well. After washing the steaks, dry them up using paper towels.
2. The next step is to preheat the boiler pan under the broiler. You should heat the empty pan up to ten minutes.
3. In the mean time, you can season the meat on both faces. It’s always better to avoid using salt for seasoning as it may extract moisture from the steaks. Instead, you can use onion powder, pepper, garlic or you can even try your favorite seasoning mixture for steaks.
4. In order to keep the juices, you should scorch the meat in a stove-stop pan. Mix a teaspoon of olive oil and some butter on the hot-pan. Allow both sides of the steaks to stay on the pan for sixty to ninety seconds each.
5. The next thing is to take the hot boiler pan out from the oven and position the ready-to-broil steaks at the center of the pan side by side. Adjust the position of the steaks pan so that it is about three inches from the flame.
6. Keep broiling the steaks till the required doneness is achieved. Normally, if your steaks are thick, it will need around five to six minutes per side for medium rare and three to four good minutes per side for rare.
7. You can vary these times for best output. Once the steaks are broiled, keep them undisturbed for five minutes and then serve it to win the deal.
