Things you require
For barbequing chicken breast grill, you will need boneless and skinless chicken breasts, BBQ seasoning, paper towels, grill and a sharp knife.
Instructions on how to barbecue chicken breast grill
Step 1: Rinse the chicken breasts under running cold water and lightly pat them dry with paper towels to soak away the excess moisture. Make sure you do not dry the meat completely, as, some moisture in it, will help it marinade in the spices better. Now, separate the chicken breasts into two halves.
Step 2: Now, sprinkle a generous amount of the powdered BBQ seasoning on the chicken breasts and coat them well on all sides.
Step 3: Preheat your gas or charcoal grill for full 10 minutes, setting the heat to medium. Now, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook them till their bottoms begin to turn brown. In the meanwhile, keep brushing their skin with some butter from time to time. Flip the meats to their opposite sides, so that the other side cooks in the same way.
Step 4: Now, make a cut through the thickest part of the meat and check if the chicken has completely cooked. If the chicken is well cooked, the meat will appear white and juicy. If the meat still shows some pinkness, you need to give it some more time to cook.
For whole chicken breasts
If you are grilling whole chicken breasts, then parboil them in water prior to grilling. Add the breasts to a pot of boiling water and cook it partially by simmering it for 10 minutes. Then bring out the meats and season them before putting them onto the grill.
