How To Bake Cake

Learn how to bake cake and enjoy cakes whenever you feel like. You do not have to wait for any special occasion or season to enjoy sponge cakes or cheese creamy cakes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here is the basic recipe of baking cake.
To bake a cake you will need the following ingredients:
• 1 Cup cake flour
• 1 and ½ cups sugar
• Eggs - 10
• Cream
• Pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. You have to first mix 1 cup of flour with ½ cup of sugar and keep it aside.
2. In a separate bowl, you will be required to separate egg yolk and white. You can do this taking one egg at a time. To bake a cake you will need egg whites and not the yolk.
3. You will now have to blend the egg whites at very high speed. This is a very important step.
4. In this bowl you will have to add 1 and ¼ tea spoon of cream of tartar and a pinch of salt.
5. Keep beating the mixture for 3-4 minutes at high speed.
6. After beating for 3-4 minutes, you have to add the remaining sugar. Remember to keep blending this mixture when you are adding sugar. This shall help the sugar to mix well in the cake mixture.Beating cake mixture in cake baking process
7. You have to now add this mixture to your other bowl where you have mixed 1 cup flour and ½ cup sugar ( refer to step 1).
8. Mix this mixture very well.

You will now need a cake pan where you will be baking the cake. You have to put your prepared mixture in this pan. Once you have put in the pan keep it aside for some time.

Heat the oven. Whenever you are baking a cake, you will need a preheated oven. So, remember to preheat your oven at 325 degree F. When your oven is well heated you can put the cake pan inside the oven. It will take around 55 minutes for your cake to get completely baked.

Check the cake after 55 minutes. You will now have to turn the cake upside down in a serving dish. You can use your spatula for the purpose to loosen the sides of the cake from the caking pan, so that the edges don’t break off. Once it cools down, you can add icing sugar or simply sift some sugar on the cake. You can decorate it with chocolates and cherries – it is totally up to you, how you choose to decorate the cake. Slice the cake and enjoy!
