Experts will suggest you diet on a daily basis with the right portions of minerals and vitamins which are necessary for your diet. Your nutritionist is the best person to suggest you a healthy meal.


Celebrity diet: Do not start your diet plans with a celebrity diet. These might look too tempting and realistic, but it might not be suitable for your diet. It must have been prepared keeping in mind the body, height, weight, eating habits, exercising routine and lifestyle of that celebrity which will not Do not make the mistake of skipping breakfast, instead you can have a light breakfastmatch yours. Skipping breakfast: This is a very common mistake. It is believed that you will be able to cut down calories if you do not have your breakfast. Instead, you can have a light breakfast of fruits or cereal with milk.


Snacks after dinner: If you eat something after dinner, it will soon become your habit. You will need some salty chips or a frozen drink when you are watching a movie after dinner, chatting or just reading a book. It will become a habit soon.


One time gorging: Many people believe that if they diet everyday and gorge in some sweet goodies or fast food just once, it is no harm. This should be avoided. You will be taking in some  extra calories at a much faster rate than you can imagine and soon you will feel like having some more. It will weaken your will power to lose weight.


Giving up and blaming your genes: There are many people who give up in between and blame it to their genes. It is not right! You might be losing weight at a slower pace than others but you will be successful in losing weight in the long run.
