Marinating the fillets
Grilling salmon is the least tough task. You can be the master grill chef in few minutes as you read on my recipe of grilling salmon. Your first step would be to brush some olive oil on the clean fish fillet and then concoct it with a marinating rub. If you want to keep your fish simple, you can do away with some salt and pepper. For an enhanced flavor marinate the fish fillets with fennel and dill. In other cases, you can mix soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, mustard and marinade the fillets with this sauce. For more texture, apply mayonnaise to only side of the fish fillets, just before placing them on the grill. 20 minutes to half an hour is good enough time for the fishes to soak in the spices.
Grilling the salmon fillets
Place the fish fillets on the grill and grill each side of the fish for four minutes. Fishes cook up quick, so, it would not take much time to grill your salmon fillets. Just when you are sure the fishes are not squishy anymore and the meat has turned white, you can remove it from the grill and serve it hot with a tangy dip.
