The news that the eminent company head now sells organic turkeys, may sound hilarious to some, but this extremely talented entrepreneur, Sandy Lerner, is taking her third career seriously. She has established $ 7 million worth farm, Ayrshire farms, near the Middleburg. The farm houses 3,000 certified organic and heritage breed turkeys, more than a hundred of pigs, hundreds of veal calves, over thousand of cattle and more than thousand of chickens. Lerner dreams to revolutionize the experience of eating heritage-breed turkeys, through the entire United States of America. She has a team of around 100 employees to help her fulfill her dreams.

To achieve the dream, Ayrshire farms, under the leadership of Lerner, offers a natural environment to raise the animals in the typical traditional manner. She claims that artificial additives like chemicals, hormones are kept miles away from the flock.
