Here Comes Fast Food's First Stuffed Burger From Burger King
Burger King has unveiled its latest offering in the fast food sandwich wars, the Burger King, Jalapeño & Cheddar BK Stuffed Steakhouse burger.
The latest from Burger King is a new kind of sandwich, one that is sure to get a lot of attention from the world. This new item is a latest addition to the ever increasing and experimenting fast food menu list. This trend, began last April, when KFC announced its Double Down sandwich, which was a high in calorie, bacon and cheese sandwich with fried chicken filets. This, the company called, the first bun-less sandwich. Though they had initially served it as a limited addition item, popular demand has lead to it being a permanent item on the menu.

Now, with the new announcement, Burger King, the Miami based chain, aims to set a new record and get as much attention as the bun-less sandwich. This gastronomic gimmick by Burger King release, is also a limited period offer, and they have on sale the first stuffed burger – the all new Jalapeño and Cheddar BK Stuffed Steakhouse burger.
This one is built in the same frame as a boiled burger patty, and the sandwich has jalapenos, pepper and cheddar cheese. It also has a topping of poblano sauce, tomatoes and lettuce on their premium bakery bun.
A statement from the company said, “With our first ever stuffed sandwich, we’re giving our guests what they want – juicy, 100-percent beef infused with jalapeños and Cheddar for an experience you can see and taste in every bite.” Burger King will retail it at $3.99, all over the Americas starting next week.
