Celebrity Diet - Heidi KlumThere has never been a Heidi Klum diet  and she says that she will never be on any diet. She seems to make it all look easy. Mother of 4, model, actress, fashion designer – she has them, she has them all. She in fact donned some sexy Victoria's Secret lingerie and walked on the ramp, barely 2 months after giving birth to her fourth child. I am quite impressed with her. So if there is no Heidi Klum diet, then what is it that makes her so fabulous looking. Heidi Klum Diet (No, let's call it her food manifesto)

To begin with, I think Heidi Klum is blessed with a very good metabolic rate in her body. But that doesn't leave her complacent either. She says, “I’ve never really had any special girdle machines or anything like that.” Klum also said “For me, it’s, you know, really healthy foods, exercising, playing with the children, going to the park. Normal things.” When asked, how she managed to lose all that baby weight after each pregnancy, she said,  “I feel like it is always better to get into shape immediately. I feel like if I drag it out too long, I’m not going to do it. So for me it works to kind of get back into shape, afterwards, I feel great. I can put my normal clothes back on and it makes me happy, and it’s worked so far.”

                                                                                                               

When it comes to her food, she says that she has never been on a diet. This does not mean that she will eat bags of potato chips and gorge of 5 burgers at one time. Heidi Klum eats 5 small but healthy meals during the day. Eating 5 small meals will help to keep the metabolism high. She also snacks on apples if she were to feel hungry anytime during the day. Apple is any day a better, healthier option than eating an cheese burger.

                                                                                                                              

Final Word on the Heidi Klum Diet.... Oops, I Mean the Food Manifesto:

Heidi Klum is actually keeping it simple. She eats healthy meals, five times a day. She snacks on fruits. And she works out to shed the pounds. A lot of women out there struggle to shed the baby fat and I think that Heidi Klum is setting the right example for them. However, I recommend the nursing mothers out there to consult their doctors first, because nursing mothers need special foods.
