Top Healthy Snacks
We all love snacking, or at least most of us get the munchies in the late afternoon. Kids rush in from school "starving" and grab whatever is handy-quick and easy.

The first thought is to give the kids fruit or raw veggies snacks which is great,

but sometimes they want somthing crunchy an fun-so instead of grabbing a bag of chips or cookies why not make up a healthy whole grain packed snack like this one? I found this recipe and tried it and we do variations all the time for the kids and big kids too! Just use different whole grain hlathy cerals and grains. Nuts are great in this as well if no on has nut allergies.
