healthy foodFoods are essential part of our life. It’s rightly said that:

"We become what we eat"

However, healthy eating habits are hard to find these days.

Our body needs essential nutrients. Vitamins, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals etc. but these days dieting are like a mania. it's hard to look at stick thin models, but,  people, at the name of fashion and to outdo their peers are ready to compromise their diet.

We must realize that when our body has a craving it is trying to tell us something! Therefore, if we want to have that slice of cake, we must do simply because we do not have it every day! However, generally our eating habits must be good with a few backslide now and then.

Keeping calorie count is a good habit, but never compromise if u are hungry. However, it is fine to satisfy your taste buds once in a while . . . burgers, pizzas et al. It is best to go by the ideal weight according to your height. So, to sum it up. . . .

We must abide by the rule "everything in moderation.”
