Healthy Indian Diet Menu

To live a healthy life , we need a balanced  and carefully planned diet. The diet must contain a good quantity of nutrients and for this it is required to follow a good menu .

 

Try this menu for dinner and lunch ……..It is very healthy!

 

 

 1.RED LENTIL SOUP:

 

 

 

Lentil soup was once a food for the poor. Today, it is recognized as highly nutritious, and provides a good source of protein, fiber, iron and potassium.

 

 

 

2.VEGETABLE of SPINACH and ALOO:

 

Spinach is a rich source of iron and calcium and Potato is a good source of carbohydrates.

 

 

3.TADKA DAL:

 

Tadka dal it is full of protein.

 

 

 

4.LEMON RICE:

 

Because of its high Vitamin C content, lemon has been touted in alternative medicine as a tonic for the digestive system, immune system, and skin.

 

 

 

5.ROTI or CHAPATI:

 

Grains are very necessary for good health.

 

 

 

6.CUCUMBER SALAD:

 

Cucumber seeds are still a source of vitamin C, vitamin K, and potassium, also providing dietary fiber.and you know that salad is also known as life saver.

 

 

 

 

EAT BALENCED DIET...BE HEALTHY !

great blog with nice discription, lentil mainly used in middle east countaries but that is really healthy!
