Healthy Breakfast Diet Menu-1
To live a healthy life , we need a balanced and carefully planned diet. The diet must contain a good quantity of nutrients and for this it is required to follow a good menu .
Try this menu for breakfast ……..It is very healthy and tasty !
1.Gram Flour Pan Cake(Besan Ka Puda):
2.Channa fry:
3.Fruit Custard;
EAT BALANCED DIET: BE HEALTHY!

Another great healthy breakfast is to scramble two eggs (or use Eggbeaters) place in small size non-stick skillet with various favourite veggies like already sliced and sauteed mushroom, potatoes, onions or scallions, capsicum, also such as Canadian bacon if not veg. and even some white cheese which is low in fat-just a little for flavour,
Sprinkle with Egg Masala, cover and cook on lowest heat.
Remove from pan with spatual, place on plate and fold over as omelette.
I often make these in the AM using Eggbeaters and some leftover veggies. I will toss the veggies in the skillet first if cld and fry lightly to warm them, then add the eggs, and egg masala. It gives a nice flavour. Other mornings I just use some freshly cracked pepper and drizzle with Srirachi making a zig-zag design.
Then 1 cup of fresh coffee. YUM! Our coffee machine, A Capresso grinds the beans for each pot of coffee brewed. Fabulous machine and we've been using it daily for about 10 years.

Then mid morning I will eat a banana.
It is important not to ever allow yourself to become realllly hungry as you will over eat, and if it has been too many hourssince you last ate your bady goes into starvation mode and uses fewer calories.
So 3 healthy ballanced meals aday is the way with 2 or 3 very healthy inbetween snacks.
MAKE THE CALORIES count, don't waist them on empty foods like donuts fatty foods, and sweets.
