Having a healthy breakfast is very essential to have an energetic start. But kids prefer to have a light breakfast or even skip it. Wheat Cream With Banana
Serve 3/4th cup of Cream of Wheat, 1 banana sliced and ½ a cup milk. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Instead of sugar, you can use honey as the sweetener.
