Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! If you want to work off your candy, think about walking in the Village Halloween Parade. If you show up at 6th Avenue between Spring Street and 23rd Street  between 6:30 and 8:30 in costume, you can join in! The parade starts at 7pm and usually wraps up by 11pm. The party goes on all night though in the Village. Try visiting Death and Co. at 433 East 6th or Jekyll & Hyde between W4th Street and Barrow for late night treats. I plan to be in a chocolate comma tonight!

Happy Halloween ! Yeah I do agree that candy eating can compensated with walking. One more tip is to eat candy mindfully so that you don't overeat it.
