The world is talking about the American actress Gwyneth Paltrow’s perfectly shaped body for “Iron Man 2” and the mystery is revealed right here. The Academy Award winner actress Gwyneth Paltrow managed to pull off a pair of tiny shorts during the premiere of the latest venture, “Iron Man 2.” This 37 years old vivacious actress and mom of two grabbed everyone’s attention with her super skinny entry. When asked by the media she diverted all credits to the arduous diet that includes vegetable juice, protein bars and low calorie recipes.
Designed by the one and only trusted name in Hollywood, Tracy Anderson, Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet and fitness routine was laborious enough to get her into that iron man shape. Paltrow managed to live only on a thin protein bar or almond milk shake and some powder supplements for breakfast. The lunch for Paltrow was all about some wrap options all made up of Mountain Valley wrap as a base. As per Tracy’s instruction, the lustrous actress also created lemony grilled chicken recipe herself to suit the diet plan. To have a change in her diet, Tracy added some steamed veggies or a vegetable salad.
The diet plan was followed by a workout regime of 90 minutes daily along with some kale juice. Super low calorie diet and tough workouts helped Gwyneth Paltrow to get that “Iron Man” body to show off.
