(1) - PURPLE FOOD - Blue berries,Plums,Black and Red Grapes are anti aging food.

Yes quality of photos needs to improve greatly and might I suggest better contrasting colours for type and fonts that are clean. Yellow type-face never works on white. Great info but it is lost in the "glare" of the photos. I suggest you take your photos at more of an angle, or better yet - take from a few feet away and then zoom in or crop to eliminate the glare i.e. light reflection which "eats" up the colour brightness and is just a glare of light. Close-ups take a good fast lens. I use a 10.2 Nikor lens for close ups. Be sure and not have back light i.e. coming from the front this causes glare. Back lit is best.
