Though Giuliana Rancic is continuing to recover from her double mastectomy, she sure does know how to keep herself busy in the meantime. She and her husband Bill are planning on a huge launch of their new restaurant in Chicago next month.

Giuliana disclosed the name of their restaurant exclusively to E! News and the choice of the name might raise a few eyebrows. Drum roll please.... The name of the restaurant is RPM Italian!

Even if some fans may think that the choice of the name is some what boring, the Rancics think that it is quite apt. The name of the restaurant is a combination of the last initials of the partners in the venture: the Rancics, chef Doug Psaltis and the Melman siblings, R.J., Jerrod and Moll.The choice of the name left a question on many people's lips: Why didn't she name it as Mama DePandi after her mother and her famous cooking?

The E! News hostess replied saying, "As we got further into the planning for the restaurant, we realized that the name Mama DePandi's felt more Old World Italian, and this restaurant is anything but (Old Italian). We are very excited to be this close to the opening and can't wait for Chicago to experience the delicious food that Doug has been creating for the menu." But the fans need not worry, her mother's cooking will play a big role in the restaurant.

"We've had regular tastings with Chef Doug to nail down the absolute best menu. The food has blown us away and the menu will also feature Mama DePandi's authentic Italian signature dishes," said Giuliana.

Giuliana gushed saying, "One of the things I'm most excited about is that my mom will regularly be around at the restaurant so diners will get a chance to have my mama feed them just like she's been feeding me my whole life. She's really been amazing throughout this process giving us ideas and inspiration."

So, what more can we expect out of this 10,000 square-foot restaurant?

1. The camera crews of the show Giuliana & Bill will be spotted there more often than not as they follow Giuliana, Bill and Mama DePandi.

2. Really stylish waitstaff with uniforms designed by Giuliana herself.
