So how can raw garlic be beneficial for your heart? Read below.
1. In morning after mouth wash,take 4-5 pieces of skined garlik and inhale them one by one with fresh water.
2. Chew garlic if u are able to tolerate the bitterness of garlic
3. Continue it for your entire life if possible. Garlic is is very beneficial for the heart.
Garlic regulates the smooth functioning of artries and veins and stops deposit of fatty materials in the artries. This increases blood circulation in the body and provides energy to heart muscles and so maintains normal level of Blood Pressure. All this reduces the risk of heart diseases.

Garlic is very good for people with high cholestrol and high tri-glycrades(sp?). a relative of mine had it twice daily (religiously not missing a day) for a whole month, and the bad cholestrol was gone completely.
