Gabrielle Anwar Diet
The Gabrielle Anwar diet is what we are going to be looking at now. She caught my eye ever since the day I started watching Burn Notice where she plays Fiona Glenanne. I used to wonder how she managed to have that body of hers after being a mother of two at 40. Perhaps she does some magic or has figured out some other way. Either way, this Tudors actress looks well toned and beach-worthy. How does she manage to do that?
The Gabrielle Anwar Diet:
Gabrielle Anwar is a very organic person, and she tries to eat fresh and healthy food for as much as possible. She also does the Indian 'Ayurvedic eating'. She explains saying, “My healthy weight loss diet plan is according to Ayurvedic (India’s 5,000-year-old system of traditional medicine) principles. I love incorporating Ayurveda’s six tastes bitter, sweet, sour, salty, pungent, and astringent into one simple, satisfying meal in my diet plan. When I feed myself one dish with all these flavors, I am fulfilled. My favorite Ayurvedic meal is khichdi, it makes me feel nourished and warm.” If Gabrielle Anwar is traveling, she still manages to find places that serve healthy meals and she also carries dried seaweed with her. She finds seaweed as the perfect travel snack and finds it surprisingly filling. Once in a while, she indulges in Belgian chocolates because that is her weakness.
For Gabrielle Anwar, there is no battle against the bulge. There never was and there never will be. This doesn't mean that she does not exercise at all. She does yoga almost religiously to keep her beach-worthy body just as it is. “My fitness exercise and weight loss goal is not to target the area that might be less toned than another, my fitness exercise and weight loss goal is to feel that during each pose. I bring awareness into each muscle, each space around each muscle, each joint, each space around each joint, and so on and so on, so that I do not neglect a single part of my whole,” she said.
Final Word on the Gabrielle Anwar Diet:
I respect this woman. Her diet and fitness regimen comes from a deeper understanding of herself and her body. “My own personal confidence comes from my inner world. My external self is entirely dependent on that. When I exercise, it is gentle and nourishing.” Gabrielle Anwar: Respect!
