Taking fruit especially in the form of juice is considered good for hypoglycemia treatment because it instantly supplies sugar to the blood and helps in restoring the normal blood glucose level. Hypoglycemia is a condition wherein the blood sugar dips much below the normal level leading to several symptoms like nervousness, headache, sweating, and fatigue. If the situation is not controlled on time, a person may also experience fatal symptoms like cardiac arrest or coma.
