National Nachos Day
Foodie fans it's National Nachos Day! I love nachos with a passion! The best thing about them is their versatility. Beyond the chips and cheese - avocado, onion, tomato, beans (refried or not), beef, chicken, pork, olives, peppers (of all types), sour cream, cilantro, and just about anything else you can think of!

I love nachos made with baked Trader Joe's Blue Corn Chips, FF sour cream or Fage Yogurt, home made guacamole including tomatoes, ciles, lime juice, etc., olives, skinless grilled chicken, refried black beans with chipotle, cilantro, diced tomatoes, green onions or sweet Stockton Red Onions, and usually some pickled jalapenos and or generous splashing of a favourite Mexican Hot Sauce like Milinda's Habanaro or Dave's Insanity Salsa or Sauce.

Gouda would be nice - smoked brisket would add some yum too...

I was thinking that using a combo of the Chipotle Chile & Peppers, Jalapeno & Cilantro, and the Premium White with veggie refried beans, black/green olives, low fat cheese, low fat sour cream with cilantro and jalapenos on top would be an amazing low fat way to go... I need a Tumaro's delivery we're running low...
