It's National Fried Scallops Day!  I love scallops - Just make sure they're very dry before you pan fry them for a nice outside...

A Very Happy Gandhi Jayanti to everyone. Mahatma Gandhi got us freedom and is rightly called The Father Of The Nation. He gave to the world the biggest force to fight an enemy...that of "NON VIOLENCE". His birth anniversary, 2nd October, is celebrated throughout India.
