Oh Rachel's goulash ingredient list sounds sickening and where is the paprika? Unfortunately the 30 second meals clip is how many Americans eat-zap instant gratification. Too sad as cooking healthy meals from fresh ingredients gives a satisfying feeling. I mean cooking real foods for your family is so very important. All these Paula Dean and Emeril types just load up with unhealthy fats in huge quantities---so do most Americans.
